I've just finished setting up a local push mirror at DebConf13 at Le
Camp in Vaumarcus.

So can you please redirect requests to http.debian.net and
cdn.debian.net for

  debian
  debian-backports

from the IP ranges

  80.83.56.32/27 
  80.83.52.176/29
  83.68.216.0/22 
  80.83.48.0/22
  109.237.54.0/24

to

  http://ftp.dc13.debconf.org/.../
