EURid Mirror update and removal

Hello,

We are doing some changes on our networks, and one of these is switching 
providers and datacenters.

Our current mirror.eurid.eu should be removed from the list and instead 
it will be updated by 2 new submissions.
We will have be.mirror.eurid.eu and nl.mirror.eurid.eu and the current 
mirror.eurid.eu will point to both.
