Ah, my apologies. I thought the non-us was still a valid chunk of packages.

Regardless of that, however, I still think that ftp.ca.debian.org should be a Canadian site. Maybe I'm just being too picky, but that makes good sense to me. ;)

This only affects oldstable; stable and all newer releases do not
include any content in non-us. Given that security support is already
discontinued for oldstable, and non-us is marked as discontinued as well
on the mirrors page, this does not seem like an omission worth worrying
about.
Also, there's no general rule that ftp.cc.debian.org needs to carry non-us;
most of them did not even before it was discontinued.
