WHy is the text segement mapped at ffffffff88002000 T _ftext. I would have expected it to be at ffffffff80000000 + some. Is there info on the kernel memory mapping for IP22 machines, 4400 Indy? Does the boot loader change the address of the kernel and move it somewhere other than at 128 MB? Is there documentation on kernel/boot loader? thanks, john
