Please, simply follow the instructions at the link below.  Beyond being more polite than spamming the list, it will also work.  Whereas spamming the list will not do anything to actually get you removed from it.

If you have an email address that is subscribed to the list that is being forwarded to your current address, you will need to unsubscribe that email address, as the mailing list software has no way of knowing what type of forwarding scheme you are using.  If you don’t know what email address is subscribed, you can figure it out by looking at the email headers.
