Some notes for future:

1. Next time, it is better not to create a new changelog entry, but amend the
   existing one, until an upload is actually made. Right now the 0.58-1 and
   0.59-1 entries exist in debian/changelog but have never actually been
   uploaded.

2. 0.58-1 entry has a typo: frefox → firefox.

3. In debian/rules, you can use execute_after_dh_* targets to avoid repeating
   the default command. This is new in debhelper 13, see dh(1) for details.

4. In addition, for deleting be_BY.bdic, instead of a new target in
   debian/rules you can use debian/clean file with one line (be_BY.bdic).
