I'm aware of the lintian "source-is-missing" error. The issue has
been forwarded to upstream and will be addressed in next upstream
patch release.
The source builds the following binary packages:
texinfo - Documentation system for on-line information and printed output
texinfo-lib - Libraries needed by the texinfo package
info - Standalone GNU Info documentation browser
install-info - Manage installed documentation in info format

* Move arch dependent parts of texinfo into separate package
texinfo-lib.
* Remove very outdated constraints, pointing to tetex*.
* Lintian:
- Migrate lintian overrides to new []-format to get rid of
"mismatched-override".
- Remove unused overrides.
- Add overrides for bogus "very-long-line-length-in-source-file" and
"source-is missing".
- Add overrides for bogus "debian-news-entry-has-unknown-version"
- "license-problem-gfdl-non-official-text": override and fix.
- Fix "bad-whatis" in texi2dvi.1 manual page.
- Fix "no-dep5-copyright".
