I guess there are folks with a lot more clue about DAK and friends than me.

One way to do this would be debian-*-changes@lists.debian.org → procmail →
123456-done@bugs.debian.org.

Good point.  RFS is supposed to be for a single upload, a reject by a
ftpmaster can be considered to be the equivalent of a RC bug -- you need to
upload again.  So it'd be a matter of closing the RFS bug whenever the
upload succeeds, no matter what happens later.

An additional manual step that takes time, is error-prone and brings nothing
new: if the upload fails somehow, the sponsor will be the first to get
notified.
