Hi,
since you are upstream and have a trust relationship with Filippo, just go
ahead and ask him to advocate you as a DM. This does not require much work for
him, and after you are accepted, you will be able to upload hasciicam by
yourself since the DMUA flag is already set and you are already an Uploader.
