finding *.dsc files

Hi,

Let's say I want to build Rakarrack. It is not in Debian, but I can find 
a Debian package for a Debian based multimedia distro here:

ftp://musix.ourproject.org/pub/musix/deb/

Is it recommended to use this package? How? Where can I find the *.dsc file?
