You have to build-depend on python, because it's required by the Python
Policy[1].

Actually, I do it almost the same way, but I do not use 4 spaces, but the
number of spaces required to get all items on the same column, eg:

Depends: a,
         b

But I don't use this very often, only for really long lists.
