As many as arrive before the deadline. As long as you set a reasonable
deadline (as outlined in my criteria), it is reasonable to specify that
if there is sufficient interest to get a translation done within 10-14
days then the maintainer and sponsor should do everything possible to
present that translation to every user in the first upload that asks
the question concerned and not make any upload until the deadline has
passed.
