Yes, I did. I supposed to do so since the package I built is quite
different from previous versions. Anyway, this library has never been
included in Debian, therefore the first changelog entry should contain
only an "Initial release" statement.

I see the Asio header files are listed in libboost1.35-dev. That package
depends on new, versioned, -dev packages and conflicts with libboost-dev.
I think libtorrent-rasterbar can then build-depends on libboost1.35-dev
and other non-versioned -dev packages from boost 1.34, am I right?
