Hello,

I'm not a developer, but I had a look at the package and I think you 
should fix the following little things:

  * Please remove in debian/rules all not needed comments
  * .. and also outcommented debhelper programms, like # dh_installinit
  * Remove in debian/rules not needed calls of debhelper programms, 
like dh_link, you don't set anywhere links.
  * I think you should rewrite your debian/copyright, see for example 
serverstats or webissues in lenny/sid.
  * Please note, that this programm is GPL-2, not GPL (.. any later 
version.. )
