I agree with Jose that a merge of upstream doesn't make sense, since
these libraries are really different pieces of software with several
years of development.

On the contrary, I think that relying on developers' care is not enough,
and libtorrent10 is too generic name. Moreover, actually only one client
depends on that library (rtorrent), where a lot of projects ([1] and
more not listed here, such as Deluge) depend on libtorrent-rasterbar.
Thus, IMHO we need to change also the name of libtorrent10 and
libtorrent-dev, and the short description of rtorrent (which says
"ncurses BitTorrent client based on LibTorrent").

BTW, I uploaded a new version of the libtorrent-rasterbar which contains
a new (much clear) short description.
