It might be interesting to have an additional "seeking comments" tag. Sometimes the package is not really ready for sponsorship, or the usual sponsor is too busy right now, and all I really care is for comments on the package rather than an actual upload. This is useful when working with a package you don't have experience with: the first library, the first multi-binary package, a relatively complex package. -- Felipe Sateler
