Sorry for my long absense and late answer. I forgot close to
everything about ipp2p due to personal reasons.

I have turned my attention back to ipp2p; I found a sponsor some time
ago but I never brought it further. I intend to contact him and try to
get ipp2p uploaded.

In the meantime you can find the updated package here:

It should work for recent kernels on etch and unstable.
