Extraeyes needed - Conflicts, Provides, Replaces don't seem to work

Could someone take an ehey on this, I'm not seeing the problem...

I don't get it! It Provides and Replaces slang1a-utf8, but still
util-linux (dpkg) won't accept it... Any idea?
