1. Lern how to add your own "theme" to installed package.
2. Create a package which does nothin but replacing existing default
   Debian installation.  When you do this, you consider using
   dpkg-divert command so your changes work fine without violating
   policy.

Oh, well.  I think it is time for me to go to sleep.  But this shoud be
close to right answer.
