Passing arguments from pbuilder to dpkg-genchanges

I do not see how this should help.  According to your source code
(pbuilder-0.32), DEBBUILDOPTS is passed to dpkg-buildpackage, and
dpkg-buildpackage only passes some of its options to dpkg-genchanges.

I would like pass something like -DDistribution=woody to
dpkg-genchanges.  Hmm, shouldn't pbuilder itself pass this option to
dpkg-genchanges, since pbuilder /knows/ what it is building
against...?

Alternative, the script code from dpkg-buildpackage could be inlined
into the script code of pbuilder(-buildpackage) to give more direct
control of the dpkg-* scripts.
