You can expect that every developer knows how to use patch and that he
will first inspect the file you sent him before applying it.

Also, do send individual diffs for each of the reports, not just a big
one.

Otherwise, it is not possible (or very difficult) to see and verify
which part of your patch fixes which bug (to evalute the fix).
