I posted 5 use cases which would cover _a lot_ of ground for
the typical user. Note that Ginkgo CADx was/is able to do all
except create-DICOM-CDROM already after existing bugs are
fixed.

Those use cases would be a worthy goal to work towards.

I'd start commenting out code that doesn't work on the way to
getting the use cases to work.
