last call: remaining items for wheezy

with the release of live-build 3.0~b1 we're getting closer.. as a mental 
note.. these are the remaining items for wheezy i know of (speak up if i 
missed something, otherwise it's most likely not going to make it into 
wheezy)..

..first block not necessarily in this order:

  * live-build:
    - final syslinux layout
    - sync syslinux-themes-debian

  * live-boot/live-tools:
    - decide on point '4' from earlier about
      /lib/live/* stuff

  * live-tools:
    - revamp live-persistence script and manpage

  * live-boot:
    - IP parameter raised by Steven

  * live-build:
    - utc issue raised by Steven

  * live-build/live-boot:
    - update manpages

  * live-manual
    - read through the whole thing once
    - harmonize examples

  * live-installer/debian-installer-launcher:
    - test and make sure it works

..and finally:

  * let everything migrate to wheezy

  * all live-*
    - get manpage translations up2date
