eventhough grml is a debian-live based derrivative, we can't really
support it (or rather, we don't do 1st level support for it). please ask
the grml guys for help, those have created the image and know it best.

unrelated to that; using persistent=cryptsetup is highly experimental
and i don't consider it to be working correctly yet anyway (maybe it
works better in live-* 3.x, i personally haven't even used it on 2.x at
all), so patches making it work in 3.x are more than welcome.
