Bug#452804: Please add a summary of errors/warnings suppressed by overrides

It would be really useful if lintian could count the errors and
warnings that have been suppressed by the use of overrides, then
provide a summary when finished. This would help sponsors find errors
that may have been mistakenly over-ridden in packages they are
checking, for example.

I'll try and supply a patch if that helps... :-)
