The CC folks prefer that you use this actually:

To the extent possible under law, <someone> has waived all copyright
and related or neighboring rights to <work>. This work is published
from <country>.

And a CC0 image linking to [0], I guess you could link the word
'waived' instead if you prefer not to use the image.
