Yeah, i was thinking about the library used by apusboot to initialize
the ppc processor from the m68k side. But not sure, maybe this one is in
the flash rom, don't remember exactly.

Still you would build depend on this, so accordying to the current
definition, it has to go into contrib, and thus cannot be depended on by
debian-installer's build system, which is in main.
