This grants the basic rights needed, as long as the conditions are
DFSG-free.

This alternative is non-free, but...

... this one is fine. The license lets you choose between
non-commercial redistribution or a copyleft. Since at least one
alternative is acceptable, condition 1 is DFSG-free.

This is no problem; copyright notices must be preserved anyway, and the
rest is satisfied by including the license text.

Similar to condition 2, but for binary distribution. Again, all of
these terms can be satisfied by distributing the license text with the
software (including the Copyright Notice requirement, since the license
includes the notice, and would qualify as "other materials provided with
the distribution").

Claiming endorsement without permission is not allowed anyway, so
non-endorsement clauses are generally fine.

This indicates that ripMIME includes software under another license,
which must be satisfied as well.

This is a standard three-clause BSD license, which is DFSG-free.

No problems here.

This license appears to be DFSG-free.
