On a related note, I also think that we may wish to place the current "official" summary for these licenses on some webpage or wiki so we can track which licenses we have looked at and what the current consensus is on them. [And ideally link back to the original threads dealing with them.] As far as the users guide goes, I don't mind helping to write such a thing if it would be helpfull.
