The trouble is to exclude "use" in the "fair use" sense of copying it for republication. "Enjoy" seemed a good word, as in "right to quiet enjoyment" that is a fairly unrelated legal phrase. Probably there's a better one.

But yeah, I do lean towards going whole hog.  There are lots of things
in Debian other than computer programs and documentation.

Hey, I know.  Why don't we s/text/software/?
