When either option B or option C is invoked, this means the binaries must be accompanied by a written offer for the source code. It sounds like this is not being done. (If it is, please tell us where on the CD the details of this offer can be found.) The closest he comes seems to be offering to provide sources IFF someone sends him a CDR -- I'm not sure this meets the requirement, because it sounds like an additional condition being imposed, one that increases the cost for international users who want to get access to the source code. -- Steve Langasek postmodern programmer
