1) Don't advertise.
2) Don't mention features or use of the software under the above license
   in your advertisements.
3) Clause 4 could be considered specific prior written permission to
   display the exact acknowledgement listed in clause 3.

Incidentally, neither clause 3 nor clause 4 of the traditional BSD
copyright license is actually enforceable under copyright law, at least
in the United States.
