Hello! I would like to package dumpasn1 for Debian, dowloaded from http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/. It has no license, except for this sentence in the source: --*snip*-- You can use this code in whatever way you want, as long as you don't try to claim you wrote it. --*snip*-- I think this is sufficient for the DFSG, but I am not sure.
