If there's a library in non-US because of some issues with exporting cryptography, and I have a simple program that links with that library, must my program also be in non-US? If I'm located in the U.S.A., is there something special I need to do before I upload to non-US, preferably something simpler (and cheaper) than consulting a lawyer?
