What's this I hear about MP3-decoding (as opposed to encoding) being patented and Fraunhofer only allowing non-commercial use, requiring a fee otherwise? (I thought this was the reason why the original mpg123 only allowed non-commercial use.) Am I misinformed about this? If not, all mp3-decoders in Debian main are misplaced. Sunnanvind
