"In conjunction with" meaning?

The real problem with this is that it's so hypothetical.

However, let's imagine that I'm somehow a licensee of Red Hat 6.0 Linux.
And that I've installed this IBM jdk product on the system.

Now, let's imagine that I install some upgrade software on that system.
What happens?

If the upgrade software makes the system a Red Hat 6.1 Linux system,
am I no longer allowed to use JDK?

If the upgrade software makes the system a Debian 2.2 Linux system,
am I no longer allowed to use JDK?

Personally: I do not plan to use IBM's JDK, and I'm not going to
recommend it to anyone. [By the way, I do teach Java classes and I do
make recommendations to students.]
