It is not AFAIK.

You need to compile your own kernel with the kernel-patch-2.4-speedtouch 
patch.

You also need a modified pppd.

Also the kernel patch has a bug that will cause a crash if you unplug the ADSL 
device, so you have to shutdown to remove it (OK for a desktop but bad for a 
laptop).
