No es cuestión de "elegir codificación". El problema gordo es que si
el correo original no usa acentos y tiene
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
en las cabeceras, si le añades una frase en quoted printable saldrá un
CHURRO, con lo cual ya no puedes añadir el pie con un simple "cat"
(que es como lo hacen ahora).
Yo preferiría con creces que quitaran ese odioso pie, ya que para eso
*ya* hay cabeceras estándar "List-Subscribe" y "List-Unsubscribe":

Es una pena que los listmasters se crean con derecho a modificar el
cuerpo de los mensajes que mandamos nosotros. Si quieren cambiar algo
que cambien las cabeceras. Cambiar el cuerpo es tergiversar los mensajes.
