I'll be away from keyboard for the next week, so I'll share my rough
notes in advance.

* If the template mimedefang/embedperl is talking about the package
eperl, I don't understand why mimedefang doesn't simply say
"Recommends: eperl" then use it automatically if available.

* Likewise, in the control file, if it _requires_ Sendmail 8.12+,
why is the dependency only a "Recommends: sendmail"?
(Except that v8.12 is pre-oldstable, so irrelevant.)

Meanwhile (but within the jurisdiction of d-l-e!), there's quite a
bit of trimmable fat in the text; for instance, if it's a message
sent via SMTP, you don't really need to repeat the fact that it's
e-mail.

-Description: Electronic mail filter program for sendmail 8.12+
- MIMEDefang is an e-mail filter program which works with Sendmail 8.12
- and later. MIMEDefang filters all e-mail messages sent via SMTP.
- MIMEDefang splits multi-part MIME messages into their components and
- potentially deletes or modifies the various parts. It then
- reassembles the parts back into an e-mail message and sends it on its
- way.
