Bug#1012288: Configs CONFIG_DRM_SUN6I_DSI and CONFIG_PHY_SUN6I_MIPI_DPHY

The module sun6i-mipi-dsi is required for the xdb599 display on the PinePhone.
I am requesting that these modules be built in the upstream release. Adding
these options is sufficient to get a Wayland session on the pinephone. I have
tested the packaged 5.17.0-1 kernel and 5.17.3 with CONFIG_DRM_SUN6I_DSI and
CONFIG_PHY_SUN6I_MIPI_DPHY built as modules with similar dracut
configurations. The kernel with additional modules was able to bring up a
Framebuffer in the initramfs and start a Sway session after switching root.
Conversely, no framebuffer comes up If I disable the options.

I am requesting for CONFIG_DRM_SUN6I_DSI and CONFIG_PHY_SUN6I_MIPI_DPHY to be
built as modules in the upstream kernel package.
