Version: 3.2.39-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

This kernel works on my hardware, but 3.2.41-2+deb7u2 does not. I use Intel
Atom CPU D2700 with VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Atom
Processor D2xxx/N2xxx Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09) and DisplayLink
USB Graphics Controller ID 17e9:0199.
When USB device connected the boot freeze while waiting /dev to fully
populated.
When USB device disconnected, the boot completed but the resolution limited to
1280x768 instead of 1280x1024. My monitors are Neovo F-419 with 1280x1024
resolution and DVI input.
