Package: linux-image-3.2.0-0.bpo.3-amd64
Version: 3.2.23-1~bpo60+2

In a linux web server (a LAMP architecture) after upgrade the kernel
version to the backport one, the system start swapping after a week of
utilization.

In /proc/slapinfo the main difference is in size-192:

after reboot:
size-192 3363 3980 192 20 1 : tunables 120 60
 8 : slabdata 199 199 209

after 2 weeks:
size-192 39806000 39806000 192 20 1 : tunables 120
60 8 : slabdata 1990300 1990300 131

I'm using debian 6.0.2 with backported kernel (3.2.23-1~bpo60+2) and
libc6 2.11.3-3.

Regards

Hi

This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.

If you can reproduce it with

- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports

please reopen the bug, see https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control
for details.

Regards,
Salvatore
