We are impacted by a k8s bug

This bug was solved by this patch on the kernel :

So could we have at the choice of the maintainer :
* backport of the patch on debian buster and stretch-backport
* an upgrade of the package to version 4.19.84

This bug is well followed by k8s community and really cause a lot of pain
