  ACPI / video: Disable native backlight on Samsung Series 9 laptops

So Linux v4.0rc1 fixes this issue (not in the repository yet).

The 3.16-stable maintainer Luis Henriques already merged all other
recent similar patches to linux-3.16.y-queue. I assume above patch
for my laptop model will also be part of the next release v3.16.7-ckt8.

Jessie is currently at v3.16.7-ckt4 and if I read the svn repo correctly
is preparing to move to -ckt7. If -ckt8 doesn't make it to the
release I'd propose to cherry-pick above commit and those for other
models (sha1 master / linux-3.16.y-queue):
