I'm forwarding this to the Intel network driver developers.

You will probably need to provide some additional information:
- All boot messages relating to this device
  ('grep 00:19.0 /var/log/dmesg' should show you them)
- Output of 'ethtool eth0' (or whatever the interface name is)
