Could you test whether Linux 3.7 (currently available in experimental
<http://wiki.debian.org/DebianExperimental>) still has this problem?

Ben.
There is no problem with my USB 3.0 hdd in kernel "3.7-trunk-amd64" (see attach "SUCCESS*.txt") I've installed linux-image-3.7-trunc-amd64, linux-headers-3.7-trunc-amd64 and all dependencies.
USB 3.0 hdd drive worked properly.
(it is offtopic, but wifi, bluethooth and virtualbox didn't work with experimental kernel).

Also, Iv'e checked if virtual box modules interfere with USB 3.0 problem in question. No, it doesn't interfere. I've removed virtualbox completely and obtain that same result (see FAIL*.txt), i.e. usb 3.0 hdd dont work, two usb 3.0 became unusable.
