Hello: I did some more tests and these are the results: · I reproduced the crash on 2.6.37.3 as well, so bug is not fixed here. · When I used powertop in a text console (not inside X), and I did pm- suspend I had not the crash on resume. First outcome: if you want to use sid powertop, run it and do the tweaking (both) on an text console. · I upgraded to experimental 2.6.38-rc7. In this case I couldn't reproduce the crash, this is: run powertop on a X console, enable all tweaks and suspend the system to ram (using KDE suspend option) and wake up. Anyway, I had a crash on X later which may or may not be related to this problem. HTH, -- Raúl Sánchez Siles ----->Proud Debian user<----- Linux registered user #416098
