Can you try:
  zelenka.debian.org:~dannf/linux-image-2.6.18-6-s390_2.6.18.dfsg.1-26etch1+div64_s390.deb

If that *doesn't* work, can you then try:
  zelenka.debian.org:~dannf/linux-image-2.6.18-6-s390_2.6.18.dfsg.1-24+cve20090029_s390.deb
