kernel bug (?)

hi,

I use Debian/lenny , kernel linux 2.6.26-2-openvz-amd64 (with some
virtual machines inside) ; lately, the attached messages has appeared in
the kernel log; AFAICT, both times, it happened when I exited from
google-chrome (but I cannot be sure) .

Should I worry?

What is your best guess, between

1) my hardware is faulty (could be, it is old)

2) there is really a bug in the kernel

3) someone is trying some exploit on my box, (or worse)

Thanks for any info

a.

ps: please CC me, I am not on the list
