Hello,
to recompile my kernel for Lenny i downloaded
source, then, to do first, i downloaded the following pkg
to retrieve the. config

http://ftp.it.debian.org/debian/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/linux-image-2.6.30-2-amd64_2.6.30-8_amd64.deb

http://www.backports.org/debian/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/linux-image-2.6.30-bpo.2-amd64_2.6.30-8~bpo50+2_amd64.deb

Surprise, the CPU is not selected.
